The nursing courses at VCHN are specifically designed to fulfil the registration requirements for Division 1 of the Nurses Boards in relevant states. Graduates will have the necessary knowledge, attitudes and competencies to meet the demands of prospective employment avenues. Criteria : All candidates must provide a letter from their accrediting Australian nursing board confirming eligibility to complete the Pre-Registration Course for overseas qualified nurses. This letter is valid for 2 year from date of issue. Evidence of a current police check Overseas nurses need to provide evidence of business visa issued by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (Student visas are not acceptable for enrolment)  Evidence of a pass in IELTS with an overall minimum score of ‘7’ in every skill at a single sitting (or ‘OET’ nursing version level of ‘B’ or above). This score is valid for 2 year from date of issue. Successful in a selection telephone interview Appropriate reference checks
